Customer Care

We are here to help make your shopping experience as easy and as enjoyable as possible. To this end, we provide information in centre through a variety of channels – store directories, store guides, information signage and broadcast messages. We also have an Information Desk within the centre where our friendly customer service staff are on hand to answer questions from shoppers and to provide information on our shopping centre facilities, stores and places to eat – as well as to assist with directions.

Should you ever have cause to comment on our Customer Care team, we would like to hear from you. Only by requesting, receiving and acting upon our customers' feedback can we improve. Please email us giving us as much relevant information as possible – including your name and contact telephone number – and, if requested, we will get back to you as soon as we can.
